Overlooking and opening onto a 1.5 acre park, 10 Exchange Square has a large social lobby, with plenty of space to sit, work or meet. And a unique bike entrance, where you can cycle straight in from Appold Street to a secure bike storage area with stylish showers and lockers. Originally designed by world-renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), it has recently been given a modern, sustainability-focused redesign by Coffey Architects.
