Creating an inclusive workspace
Success Stories
Last summer, British Land hosted a roundtable discussion at Paddington Central with customers and expert leaders which explored topics around creating an inclusive workspace.
The purpose of the session was to create a dialogue around how businesses can understand shared challenges and the varied strategies we can implement to overcome these for a better future.
The following report summarises the discussion, focussing on adapting an existing culture, creating accessible and welcoming environments, and using design for a more inspired place to work.
The report supports the ‘Responsible Choices’ pillar of British Land’s sustainability strategy, advocating responsible business practices across British Land and throughout their supply chain.
