Exchange House is a 10 Storey office building, originally designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill in 1990 with 10 accolades, including the 2015 prestigious American Institute of Architecture 25 Year Award. The refurbishment by Piercy & Co will deliver 81,000 sq ft of contemporary workspace, activated atriums and a dual reception, incorporating a lounge area for a welcoming arrival on Exchange Square Park.
